30-Day Risk-Free Trial for First-Time Customers
As part of our 30-Day Risk-Free Trial, first-time customers are eligible to try one garment from their initial order with no obligation. If you're not completely satisfied with the item, we’ll refund its cost (excluding shipping fees).
After this, you have the option to:
- Keep the remaining products.
- Donate any unworn items to charity.
- Gift the item
For customers who purchase bundles or multi-packs, we recommend testing one item first. If it doesn't meet your expectations, we offer a partial refund equivalent to the cost of one item, and you can keep the other items without hygiene concerns.

Incorrect Size
If you’re a first-time customer and accidentally ordered the wrong size, we will send you one replacement item in the correct size, where you will only have to pay shipping costs. Be sure to consult our sizing charts for each item, as they may vary between brands.
Faulty Products
If you’ve received a faulty product, please get in touch within 30 days of delivery. When contacting our customer service, be prepared to provide photo evidence of the issue. We’ll either replace the item or offer a refund for any faulty products.
No Returns Policy
Because our products are classified as sanitary items, we enforce a strict "No Returns" policy. Even if items are unused, unworn, or unwashed, we cannot accept returns for hygienic and safety reasons. This policy helps protect both our customers and warehouse staff.
Section 2 - Lost or Stolen Packages
Your Body Your Way cannot be held responsible for lost or stolen packages.
If tracking shows that your package has been delivered but you haven't received it, please file a claim with the courier service handling the delivery.
