Shipping policy

All orders are shipped within 1-2 business days. Delivery is through our courier partner and all packaging (including tape) is 100% curbside recyclable.

Domestic (Australia):

Free Standard Shipping (5-15 Business Days) for orders over $100 AUD
Standard Shipping - $9.99 for orders under $100 AUD

Shipping Times

Shipping typically takes between 5 and 15 business days, depending on your location.

After you place your order, please allow 24 to 72 hours for our team to carefully process and pack your items before they are shipped.

Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or public holidays.

Once the courier receives your package, it is no longer under our control. We understand delays can be frustrating, but if any issues arise with the courier, they will need to be addressed directly by them. We’re more than happy to contact the courier on your behalf to help resolve any issues, and we’ll do our best to expedite the process.

Please ensure that the delivery address you provide is complete and accurate. If you notice any mistakes, reach out to us as soon as possible so we can make corrections. However, once your order has been processed for shipment, we cannot update any personal information.

If you provide an incorrect address and the package is delivered to that address, we are not responsible for recovering the item. Please double-check your shipping address during checkout to ensure it is correct.

Orders flagged for suspected fraud may be delayed or cancelled.

Missing Parcels

If your parcel is delayed or missing, it may take a while to receive a response from the courier’s investigation team. Unfortunately, we have no control over this timeline, but we will do everything we can to assist and help resolve the situation as quickly as possible.
